GRCPAAA President Jim Moreland presents Travis Zipp with the 2022 GRCPAAA $500 Scholarship. Carol Humphrey, Chair of the Garden Ridge Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association (GRCPAAA) scholarship committee, recently announced Travis Zipp as the winner of this year’s scholarship.
