The Garden Ridge Police Department and the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association have partnered to present “C.R.A.S.E.” – Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events. This nationally-certified course offers proven strategies, guidance, and plans for surviving an active shooter event. Topics include profiles of attackers and their tactics, how to recognize early signs of an attack, everyday habits to increase your safety, interacting with law enforcement, and critical actions you can take to survive an attack.
No matter your age, gender, occupation, or physical abilities, the CIVILIAN RESPONSE TO ACTIVE SHOOTER EVENTS Seminar has valuable information for everyone!
This class is FREE to Garden Ridge residents, their families, and to all Corporate Members and their employees!
