Committee Chairs
In addition to the Executive Committee, there are a number of other volunteers that assist with various aspects of running the organization:
Executive Committee Meetings
The Executive Committee — comprised of elected Officers and Committee Chairs — meets every other month on odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.), typically on the first Thursday of the month at 1:00pm at the Garden Ridge Police Department. Please note that the date and time may vary based on attendees’ availability.
NOTE: Any Regular member in good standing is welcome to attend these meetings. If you do plan to attend the meeting, it is a good idea to send an email to secretary@grcpaaa.com to verify the date/time and location of the meeting. Depending on attendance, the location may change to accommodate the attendees.
