As an official IRS Section 501 (c)3 Corporation, the Garden Ridge Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association has a Board of Directors elected each year, along with a number of other volunteer leadership positions that help run the organization.

In addition to the Board of Directors, there are a number of other volunteers that assist with various aspects of running the organization:
Bi-monthly Meetings
The Committee Chairs meet every other month on odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May …), normally two weeks prior to the regular membership meetings, at the Garden Ridge Police Department, with a scheduled start time of 3pm. The date varies depending on the needs of the attendees.
NOTE: Any Regular member in good standing is welcome to attend these meetings. If you do plan to attend the meeting, it is a good idea to send an email to secretary@grcpaaa.com to verify the date/time and location of the meeting. Depending on attendance, the location may change to accommodate the attendees. Meetings are also posted on the event calendar here.
