YOU CAN CHOOSE TO “REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM”
The Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association and City of Garden Ridge Police Department have partnered to present the REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM seminar. This program presents information on potential risks, creating safety plans, and offers an array of safety strategies. Here are just a few of the things you will learn:
- Personal security for yourself and your family
- Security in the home environment
- Selection and use of personal security devices
- Security in the workplace and public spaces
- Security of personal technology devices
- Safety and security in automobiles
- Personal security for senior citizens
- Personal security for those with disabilities
No matter your age, gender, occupation, or physical abilities, the REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM Program has valuable information for everyone!
This class is FREE to Garden Ridge residents, their families, and to all Corporate Members and their employees!
